The manna stopped the day after they ate this food from the land; there was no longer any manna for the Israelites, but that year they ate the produce of Canaan.

– Joshua 5:12 (NIV)

Today’s commentary
by Dave Whitehead, Senior Pastor,

What a shift. From that point on the miracles of Joshua were not concerning survival but conquest. Many of us are looking for provision for the day-to-day—that is the heart of the Father for those in the wilderness. There comes a point, however, when many of us need to enter our Promised Land where the miracles now deal with taking on challenges bigger than ourselves – where we must march around cities that seem invincible. Don’t shrink back looking for manna from heaven. Come out of your wilderness and enter your Promised Land!
