It’s interesting that the only way that Joseph heard God was through dreams. In his first dream, God told Joseph to take Mary, who was pregnant, as his bride. Joseph’s obedience to the first dream positioned him to obey when the dreams had even greater significance. It seems that our response to God’s promptings today set the stage for how much God can entrust to us in the future. Are we willing to take steps of faith toward God today?
