There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.

– Ephesians 4:4-6 (NIV)

The apostle Paul makes an interesting point here: even though there may be variations of Christian belief, they are all tethered to one hope, Jesus Christ. This means that the church should be a place of unity with diversity. We might express our faith in different ways, but let’s remember that our faith comes from one source, and the day will come when that source will call us together, for God the Father is over all and through all and in all.
