In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord, high and exalted, seated on a throne; and the train of his robe filled the temple.

– Isaiah 6:1 (NIV)

How do we see God? For Isaiah, it was through a vision that was so real that he could describe it in great detail. But you may say, “I’ve never experienced that.” That would be true for most of us, but God has not left us without hope. He has given us His word, which judges the thoughts and intents of our hearts. Let the Scripture be high and exalted in your heart and the breath of God can fill your soul. You have access to the same God that Isaiah did.
