“His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’

This parable tells us that God is happy when we have the courage to use what he has given us in profitable ways. This is the nature of God; he is good, generous and gracious. God is portrayed as more pleased with the effort than the outcome. We are fixated on the product, but it seems that God is more interested in the process and what we become as a result of that process.
