There is a huge difference between being driven to God and being drawn to Christ. Many people are driven to God by their fears—fear of death, fear of hell, fear of not fitting in, but there is only one way to become a Christian—when you hear of the death of Jesus Christ and are drawn toward it. Jesus’ death on the cross is offensive because it means that we can’t save ourselves from our sin. When the cross becomes beautiful to you resurrection life is supernaturally released. This is the fruit of a person drawn by God.
